These terms apply to purchases from Momentum ("we," "us"). By buying from or using this store, you agree to them.

1. Digital products

Our products are digital files, such as Excel templates, delivered by download after payment. Nothing is shipped.

2. License

When you buy a product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own record-keeping. You may not resell, share, redistribute, upload, or give away the file or any copy of it, or sell it as your own product.

3. Not financial advice

Our products are record-keeping and educational tools only. We are not financial advisors. Nothing we sell or publish is investment, tax, legal, or financial advice, and nothing is a recommendation to buy or sell any security or follow any strategy. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Any example numbers in our templates are for illustration only. You are responsible for your own decisions and results.

4. No guarantees

Products are provided "as is." We do not guarantee that a product will meet your needs, work in every version of Excel or other software, or be free of errors. Please check your own calculations before relying on them.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Momentum is not liable for any losses, including trading losses, lost profits, or indirect damages, arising from your use of our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

6. Payment and pricing

Prices are shown in US dollars. Payment is processed securely through Shopify. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed.

8. Intellectual property

All products, designs, and content on this store belong to Momentum. Buying a product does not transfer ownership of its content.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows the latest version.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States.
